We developed a prospectus brochure aiming to inform clients and contractors about the key benefits of working with our client, reinforcing their experience, qualifications and customer success stories.

Background

Stone Utility Services approached us with a need to produce a prospectus for a potential new client. Although they often respond to tenders for new projects, they didn’t have any existing marketing collateral to use as a starting point and professed that they didn’t know where to start with pulling this together.

They also had a very short lead time in which to turn the prospectus around of just a few days.

 

Our Process

Using our knowledge of the construction and engineering market, and of the tendering process, we asked Stone Utility Services to send over files relating to previous tender responses, as well as reaching out to existing customers for case studies and testimonials to include.

This enabled us to quickly understand their processes, how they add value to their clients and also their clients customers, how they ensure adherence to industry and customer standards, and importantly what makes them stand out from their competitors. 

 

 The Result

In just two days we presented back a first draft to Stone Utilities Services, to which there were minimal amends and additions.

Using their existing documentation and our knowledge of the industry meant that they only had to provide a very minimal investment of management time to complete this project.

They were very satisfied with the content include and happy with the modern design that we created to coordinate with their existing website.

 

Where do I start, a thank you, I guess? In a very short period (2 days) I needed to create a prospectus. I hadn’t got a clue where to start or what should even be included. I contacted concept Communication and spoke to Kat and was honest with where we were at and what I needed. Kat and Concept Communications were exactly what I needed. No pushy sales tactics trying to sell me anything I didn’t want etc, Kat just spent an hour with me asking a few key questions about the business, asked me to send over some documents I’d used for tenders etc and before I knew it, I had a professional looking prospectus built by someone you would have thought had known the business for years not a few days. I’m very happy with the overall service and a big thank you for helping me out in such a short period of time.
